Hello World...
Hi guys, Welcome to the Snakerunner Dev Log.
I will try and keep this updated as often as possible, but I'm not terribly good at blogging at the best of times.
For those of you who are not familiar with this project yet, Snakerunner is a game I have been working on for a very long time. The earliest version I have is dated 2003 and was written using TGC's DarkBasic Classic. Over the years the game has been refined and tweaked and polished and now I'm determined to finish it and get it published (Fingers crossed)
The entire project is being re-written in TGC's App Game Kit, which makes it really easy for multi platform support.
We've already given the UI an overhaul to be more suited to mobile screens. And for the last week or two I have been brushing up on my Blender skills ready to give the 3D assets a bit of a tweak here and there. The biggest job here is redesigning the interior of the Hangar in the prelaunch sequence.
It won't be too long before there is a Playable demo available, but more information on that nearer the time.
So I'll close this now and get back to watching Blender Tutorials.
